About Saxon Clinic

Saxon Clinic is part of Circle Health Group. It is home to a team of highly skilled and compassionate healthcare professionals, who are dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care to their patients.

At Saxon Clinic, they offer an extensive range of treatments and services. They are able to see under 18s at their site, and can operate on patients over 3 years old. Young patients will be looked after by their specialist paediatric team of nurses and staff.

Saxon Clinic has 19 beds, with all rooms offering the privacy and comfort of en-suite facilities and television. The hospital has two operating theatres, an Endoscopy Suite and a Minor Ops room. Their imaging facilities include X-ray, ultrasound and two MRI scanners.

There are 12 consulting rooms, an on site pharmacy for patients of the hospital and a physiotherapy service. These facilities enable the hospital's consultants to undertake a wide range of procedures from routine investigations to complex surgery.

Saxon Clinic has a resident medical officer (RMO) who is available 24 hours a day to ensure that patients are safe and cared for at all times. Should your care needs change following surgery or treatment, the decision may be made to transfer you to another hospital. This will either be to an NHS or another Circle Health Group hospital. Transfers of care only take place when absolutely necessary.

Saxon Clinic has recently become accredited by the National Autistic Society. They have a page dedicated to supporting and providing information to their autistic patients which can be seen on their home page.

Ways to pay

Saxon Clinic welcomes both patients with private medical insurance and those who choose to self-fund their treatment.

Self paying patients

At Saxon Clinic, they offer flexible payment plans that can help you to spread the cost of your private treatment. If you don't want to pay all at once, you can split the price into more manageable monthly instalments. They do this via loans, which they offer in partnership with Chrysalis Finance. You can spread the cost of treatment across a period to suit you, from 10 months to five years, with interest-free credit for the first 10 months.

Insured patients

If you have private medical insurance, rest assured that Saxon Clinic collaborates with all major private medical insurers. Be sure to contact your insurer for pre-authorisation before scheduling an appointment.
