Simplyhealth is calling for 150 women to join it for what is being billed as the UK's largest outdoor fitball workout. Each woman will be provided with a free brightly coloured fitball and yoga mat and take part in a mass workout from 8.30am - 9.00am, led by celebrity trainer, Cat Dugdale (former trainer to Kiefer Sutherland).
To thank the women for giving up their time, Simplyhealth will be donating £15,000 to Breast Cancer Campaign - the equivalent of £100 for every attendee.
