Mr Charles Ayekoloye is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon who completed his specialist training in the North West of England in 2002. He went on to undertake further fellowships in lower limb arthroplasty at King’s College Hospital, London and the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading, before completing a senior fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. In addition to his clinical training, he holds a masters degree with merit in medical research from Warwick University and a distinction masters in orthopaedic science from the University of Salford.
Throughout his career, Mr Ayekoloye has worked as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a particular focus on lower limb arthroplasty. He has held various roles within NHS hospitals and most recently served as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon in lower limb arthroplasty at Mount Stuart Hospital in Torquay. His expertise lies in hip and knee joint replacements, including complex primary hip and knee reconstructions. He also performs unicompartmental knee replacements and knee arthroscopy.
