Mr Parag Jaiswal is a Consultant Orthopaedic Hip and Knee Surgeon practising at St John & St Elizabeth Hospital in St John’s Wood, London, where he offers a comprehensive hip and knee service, including for those with complex problems. He also has a specialist interest in ACL reconstruction. A graduate of Guy’s and St Thomas Medical School, Mr Jaiswal’s extensive training included Fellowship training in joint reconstruction, young adult hip and complex trauma in Canada, a further Fellowship in hip and knee surgery at Frimley Park Hospital (one of the UK’s highest volume hip arthroscopy centres) and advanced hip arthroscopy training with world leading pioneer, Marc Philippon in the USA. His NHS practice is based at The Royal Free Hospital NHS Trust, where he specialises in general trauma and complex lower limb trauma. His elective duties include hip and knee surgery with a special interest in young adult hip conditions and hip arthroscopy. He is the lead for the Young Adult Hip Unit and an Honorary Senior Lecturer at University College London. In August 2022, Mr Jaiswal was awarded Orthopaedic Surgeon of the Year at The London and South East Prestige Awards.
