Oryon Imaging continues to offer the same affordable and accessible imaging services to patients and referrers at their centre on Wimpole Street, in London’s W1 medical district. Patients can use Oryon Connect, the secure online community, to book and manage appointments, pay for scans and see scan images directly after their appointment.
In 2019, a new service will also be developed, which will come under Oryon Connect. This will help to make the path to a quick diagnosis as transparent and affordable as possible. Oryon Connect will direct people with health concerns to the right clinician, expediting the often-difficult journey towards a diagnosis and helping to speed up the recovery process.
For example, if someone has back pain, they can contact Oryon Connect and talk to the team, who will go through their individual healthcare concern with them, explaining their journey and clarifying their options. If they need to see a doctor, they’ll be guided to appropriate independent practitioners, given all prices and availability, and booked in for an appointment if requested.
