The London Neurosurgery Partnership has access to the most advanced equipment and technologies, including intra-operative MRI and Gamma Knife®.  Treatments available include minimally invasive spinal fusion surgery, lumbar decompression, minimally invasive spinal surgery, minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF), minimally invasive brain tumour surgery and the Visualase® system to treat brain tumours and epilepsy.

Self paying patients

All of the services at The Harley Street Clinic can be accessed quickly by means of self-pay. The hospital provides clear and transparent quotes outlining what is included and excluded with a self-pay package, removing any uncertainty. Payment can be made by credit card, cash, bank transfer and personal cheque with a banker’s card.

Insured patients

Patients with private medical insurance are advised to confirm with their insurer that their treatment is covered and obtain authorisation before making an appointment.

Corporate-sponsored patients

Corporate-sponsored patients are requested to provide a letter of guarantee authorising payment for their tests or treatment.

Government-sponsored patients

Patients sponsored by an international embassy are requested to provide a letter of guarantee before their initial appointment.
