Groupama Insurance group has bought health insurer Clinicare and will merge it with Groupama Healthcare.

Pierre Lefèvre, Chairman and Chief Executive at Groupama Insurances said: “This is an important acquisition that more than doubles our private medical insurance revenues in the UK.
