Breast reduction cosmetic surgery was the last resort for television personality Ulrika Jonsson who had grown desperately unhappy about her sagging breasts.

She had disliked her breasts for the past 20 years but after giving birth to four children and nurturing them, she grew increasingly desperate at the sight that met her in the mirror, reports the Daily Mail.

By the age of 41, her fourth pregnancy had caused her breasts to swell to an I-cup and "This time, there was no going back. I was going down the surgery route" she told the national tabloid.

After paying out £6,000, excluding hospital fees, and undergoing surgery at private hospital, the St John's & St Elizabeth's Hospital in London, Ulrika was delighted with the results.

"The result was remarkable…These were, without doubt, the breasts of a 16-year-old - and not an implant in sight!"

Ulrika Jonsson embarked on a career in television in 1989 when she worked as a weather girl on TV-am. She has had roles on Shooting Stars, Gladiators and Celebrity Big Brother.
