Westfield Health has launched a new health cash plan specifically to meet the needs of employers who operate a flexible benefits scheme.
The Westfield Flex Health Cash Plan features a comprehensive range of popular cash benefits and services to help employees manage their everyday healthcare, including optical, dental, therapy treatments, specialist consultations and much more.

The Westfield Flex Health Cash Plan features a comprehensive range of popular cash benefits and services to help employees manage their everyday healthcare, including optical, dental, therapy treatments, specialist consultations and much more.
The plan also provides fast access to MRI, CT and PET scans, which can detect conditions early at a treatable stage, including serious illnesses such as heart disease, brain disorders and cancer.
A unique GP telephone consultation service enables employees and their resident family to speak to a qualified GP 24 hours a day, every day, from anywhere in the world.
Other services include a 24-hour counselling and advice line, a health club concession benefit and an online A-Z health information site.
The plan is suitable for all types of flexible benefits schemes and can be operated as either an employer-paid plan or as a co-funded plan.
There are five levels of cover, starting from just £6 per employee, per month; 100% reimbursement is available on all cash benefits up to a specified maximum amount; there is no qualifying period before making a claim with the exception of the maternity benefit; no medical is required to join and all pre-existing medical conditions are covered with the exception of the personal accident benefit; optional partner cover is available; dependent children are covered on some of the benefits.
