Transform unveils 10-Point transformation plan under new leadership of Dr Sayani Sainudeen as CEO

Transform Healthcare, which is one of the UK’s largest providers for cosmetic surgery and Europe’s leading bariatric surgery provider, has appointed a new CEO. Operating from two state-of-the-art hospitals in Manchester and Bromsgrove, the appointment is a bold move signalling a new era of innovation and growth.

Transform Healthcare has announced the appointment of Dr Sayani Sainudeen as CEO, alongside the unveiling of a comprehensive 10-point transformation plan. The plan marks a significant milestone in the company's journey towards redefining the standards of healthcare delivery in the UK.

Dr Sainudeen takes over this role from Tony Veverka. “I express my gratitude to Tony Veverka for his exemplary leadership and tireless dedication to Transform Healthcare”. Tony will still be involved in the business in an advisory capacity going forward but will lead other key projects at Y1 Capital which owns Transform Healthcare.

With a rich history spanning five decades, Transform Healthcare has long been recognized as a pioneer in the field of cosmetic surgery and bariatric surgery. However, the challenges
posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, coupled with evolving market dynamics, have necessitated a strategic rethink. Under the leadership of the new CEO, the company is poised to embrace change and usher in a new era of excellence.

"I am thrilled to join the Transform Healthcare family and to lead our team through this transformative journey," commented Dr Sainudeen. "Our goal is simple yet ambitious: to modernize our services, enhance patient experiences, and drive sustainable growth in a rapidly evolving landscape."

At the heart of the transformation plan lies a commitment to enhancing affordability, accessibility, and quality of care. From streamlining pricing structures to investing in state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, every aspect of the company's operations is under scrutiny.

"We recognize the importance of delivering value to our patients while maintaining the highest standards of care," explained Dr Sainudeen "By optimizing costs, standardizing processes, and introducing new services, we aim to create a healthcare experience that is second to none."

“The service needs to be delivered around the needs of the patient and that will be a key priority”. As a hands on CEO, Dr Sainudeen intends to spend time in every department to feel the pulse of the business at a grass root level.

Some of the key points in Dr Sainudeen’s transformational plan include:

  • Competitive Pricing and Simplified Structures: A comprehensive review of pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and transparency.
  • Enhanced Client Experiences: Introduction of premium service packages and streamlined processes to deliver a seamless journey for patients.
  • Expansion of Service Offerings and Locations: Introduction of new high-demand services and expansion into new locations to improve accessibility.

As the company embarks on this transformative journey, it remains committed to its core values of excellence, integrity, and compassion. Through strategic investments, operational enhancements, and a relentless focus on patient-centric care, Transform Healthcare is poised to redefine the future of healthcare delivery.

"We are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead and remain steadfast in our commitment to serving our patients and communities," concluded Dr Sainudeen "Together, we will build a healthier, brighter future for all."

With a clear vision, a dedicated team, and a commitment to excellence, Transform Healthcare is poised to set new benchmarks in the healthcare industry and transform lives for the better.
