The Team on duty (Michelle and Rob) for my MRI Scam 03.04.21 were excellent. Their communication/patient rapport skills were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. I requested if I could enter scanner 'feet first' as per my last visit, this was no problem. I'm a very nervous scanner patient and this made such a difference, I was able to relax more. I also requested no music to be fed through the headphones, again, no problem.

The Radiographer, Rob, kept me fully informed during scanning of how long each scan would take and how many I would be having.

Brilliant, I actually came out smiling!! My thanks to them both.

Been having a lot of pain for over a year now in my left heel, tried pain killers but didn’t work. Was referred to Dr Sailesh Sankar, he did an examination and X-rays . Decided to arrange to have an injection under my foot ( heel area) a couple of weeks later. It was a little painful not going to lie, however the relief was almost sudden, and well worth a couple of seconds of pain while the injection was put in. Dr Sailesh Sankar Is a true gentleman, caring polite and really knows his stuff. I would recommend anyone suffering with the same as me to book and see him. It’s so worth it.
